When is my booking confirmed?
When we can price your trip online, the price you see is final and you pay straight away. If we cannot price a trip online, you send a request: the operator names the final price and emails you a link to pay on the site.
What if I need a car in less than 3 hours?
Send a short-notice request. It depends on vehicle availability; we aim to reply in 10–15 minutes, but cannot guarantee a car.
What if my flight is delayed?
Enter your flight number so we can check arrival updates. Airport pickup includes 60 minutes of waiting after actual landing. Waiting longer than what is included is charged for each started 15 minutes (Standard €5, Comfort €10, Standard Minivan €10, Business Minivan €15), only with your agreement.
Can I add a stop or return journey?
Yes. Add a stop or a return journey in the form and the final price includes it. Waiting included: airport 60 min, address 15 min, stop 5 min. Longer waiting is charged for each started 15 minutes (Standard €5, Comfort €10, Standard Minivan €10, Business Minivan €15), only with your agreement.
How do cancellations work?
If no vehicle is available, you get a full refund straight away, with no deductions.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Prices are per vehicle for the selected category, not per person. A price shown online is final. There is no night surcharge and the child seat is free. Extra waiting is charged only with your agreement.
Will I get the exact car in the photo?
You choose a category; we do not promise a particular model. Photos are illustrative. Standard and Comfort: up to 4 passengers and 3 large suitcases. Standard Minivan offers Standard-level comfort with more capacity: 6 passengers / 2 suitcases, 5 / 3, or up to 4 / 4. Business Minivan: up to 7 passengers and a planned allowance of 4 large suitcases. We check the actual vehicle configuration and luggage dimensions before confirmation.
How much luggage can I bring?
Enter passengers and large suitcases separately for each car. One extra suitcase does not prevent a request, but space is not guaranteed. We will try to find the most spacious available vehicle. Choose a roomier class or add another car for more space. Larger excess luggage requires a personal quote and a capacity check; adding a car is recommended. Include suitcase dimensions, hand luggage and oversized items in the luggage note.
How is a return journey priced?
Customer fares depend on road distance, not direction. The same fixed intercity tariff applies in either direction. A return is priced as a second journey. Extra stops require the full route to be recalculated.
How does distance pricing work?
Up to 15 km by road: €35 / 50 / 45 / 65 for Standard / Comfort / Standard Minivan / Business Minivan. Longer routes follow the road distance, and each car’s fare per journey is rounded to the nearest €5. Set routes between Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Trakai have a fixed fare. A stop never makes a journey cheaper. Over 400 km, or when we cannot calculate the route, you get a personal quote.
Can I request more than one car?
Yes. Add two or more cars and assign passengers, luggage, class and child seats to each one. The total adds their prices. Return vehicles can be edited separately. Every car is subject to availability and confirmation.
Where do you operate?
We currently offer transfers within Lithuania only. Pickup, stops and destination must all be in Lithuania. Custom addresses are checked manually before confirmation.
