These terms apply to transfers booked on this site. They are a draft until a lawyer has reviewed them.

Who provides the transfer
The transfer is provided by Example transfer company.
How booking works
You receive a separate confirmation.
When we cannot price a trip online (for example an address we cannot match, a route longer than 400 km, or a pickup time outside the online booking window), you send a request. The operator names the final price and emails you a link to pay on the site. A request alone does not confirm a booking.

Prices and payment
Prices are per vehicle for the class you choose, not per person. A price shown online is final. A return journey is priced as a second journey, and each car is priced separately.
Card details do not reach us.
What is included

- Waiting included: airport 60 min, address 15 min, stop 5 min
- No night surcharge
Waiting and flight delays
For airport pickups, give your flight number: waiting is counted from the actual landing, with 60 minutes included. In other cases it is counted from the booked pickup time. You do not pay for a delay caused by the driver.
Waiting beyond the included time is charged for each started 15 minutes: Standard €5, Comfort €10, Standard Minivan €10, Business Minivan €15. Every extra charge needs your clear agreement.

Cancellation and refunds
See the Cancellation terms. If no vehicle is available, you get a full refund straight away, with no deductions.
Luggage and group size
Choose the class for your group and luggage; the passenger and large-suitcase limits for each class are shown in the booking form. We check the actual vehicle and your luggage before confirming. Photos are illustrative; the assigned car may differ.
Where we operate
Lithuania only: pickup, stops and destination must all be in Lithuania.
